Mediation

Mediation, in a broad definition, is a way of resolving disputes between two parties. Patrick's experience as a Circuit Court judge gives him a unique perspective as a mediator in being able to predict how typical juries will react in particular situations, allowing for more common ground to be found during times of dispute. Mr. Henry is frequently called upon throughout the state to assist in matters that wish to remain outside the courts and be resolved amicably.

Arbitration

Arbitration is a legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts, wherein the parties to a dispute refer it to one or more persons (the arbitrator), by whose decision they agree to be bound. Patrick Henry often serves as an arbitrator both Court appointed and privately sought by his peers. Again his knowledge and experience as a former Circuit Court judge enables him to find conclusions that are agreable to all parties.

Divorce Representation

Patrick practice additionally emphasizes in representing clients during divorce and family law, utilizing his mediation experience to ensure that a timely resolution is reached whenever possible.
